Frequently asked questions about prices
Can I take a trial lesson first?
Yes, a trial lesson is free. Request one via the Riding lessons page; we will get in touch with you.
How does a lesson subscription work and can I cancel?
For a group lesson subscription, a fixed amount is debited by direct debit every month. The notice period is 1 month, in writing or by e-mail.
Do I pay less if I bring my own pony or horse?
Yes. For single lessons, subscriptions and trail rides a lower rate applies if you come with your own pony or horse; you can see this in the price table.
How do I book the campsite, a log cabin or a chalet?
All bookings for the campsite, log cabins and chalets are made via Airbnb, where you also see the prices per night. Tourist tax per person per night is added to the accommodation price; bed linen, towels and BBQ packages can be booked as extras.
What if I need to cancel a group trail ride?
For a group of 5 or more people you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the full amount is still due.
