Enjoy peace, space and nature at our friendly campsite in Schoonloo, in the heart of Drenthe. Surrounded by forests, heathland and horses, this is the ideal place for a relaxed holiday or weekend away.
At Manege Knollegruun you can stay in a chalet, a log cabin, or with your own caravan, motorhome or tent. All pitches have 16 amp electricity and you use our well-kept sanitary building with showers and toilets.
From the campsite you can walk or cycle straight into the beautiful Drenthe countryside. The combination of nature, horses and hospitality makes this a special place for a relaxed stay.

Campsite prices
At our campsite you can choose from different camping options such as tent, caravan or motorhome, and there are also cosy log cabins and chalets available. The campsite is open for tents, caravans and motorhomes from April to October, while the log cabins and chalets are available all year round. All bookings are made easily via Airbnb, where you can also find the prices per night.
We also offer extras, such as bed linen, a towel package and BBQ packages, to make sure your stay at our beautiful location in Drenthe is as pleasant and carefree as possible.

When is the campsite open?
The campsite is open for tents, caravans and motorhomes from April to October. The log cabins and chalets are available all year round.
How do I book a pitch or accommodation?
All bookings for the campsite, log cabins and chalets are made via Airbnb, where you will also find the prices per night. For other options, such as group accommodation, please contact us.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is on the day of arrival from 3 pm to 7 pm. Check-out is before 11 am on the day of departure; later check-out is possible by arrangement.
What facilities are there at the campsite?
All pitches have 16 amp electricity and you use our sanitary building with showers and toilets. Extras you can book include bed linen, a towel package and a BBQ package.
Can I come with a group or with my horse?
